Lead administration, maintenance, and improvement of ERP systems
Manage master data, user roles, access control, and reporting systems
Oversee ERP implementation, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting
Analyze business needs and suggest system improvements
Coordinate with departments for reports, dashboards, and analytics
Maintain documentation (SOPs, manuals, procedures, test scripts)
Ensure data backup, system security, and data protection
Track ERP support requests and manage enhancements
Work with vendors and external service providers
Support ERP users across departments and locations
Supervise ERP teams in factory units
Conduct training and drive process improvement
Strong ERP system knowledge and hands-on experience
Experience in system administration and enterprise applications
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects
Experience in manufacturing/industrial sector (preferred)
Capability to handle vendors and external partners
