Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Medical Software to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and healthcare organizations.

• Generate new business opportunities for custom software and IT solutions.

• Identify potential clients through field visits, networking, online research, and referrals.

• Conduct software presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the technical team for project requirements and implementation support.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.

• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and follow-up schedules.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Participate in exhibitions, business events, and marketing campaigns when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software sales, IT sales, or healthcare software sales preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Good understanding of software products and business processes.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.

• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and online meeting tools.

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings (preferred).
