Manage ERP system (setup, customization, optimization, user support)
Ensure systems are integrated across departments (Sales, Finance, Inventory, Operations)
Handle system upgrades and troubleshooting
Manage IT infrastructure (servers, networks, firewalls, VPN, CCTV)
Ensure system security, uptime, and reliability
Manage vendors and IT procurement/maintenance contracts
Implement backup, disaster recovery, and access control systems
Monitor cybersecurity risks and data protection
Work on software integrations (ERP, CRM, payment gateways via APIs)
Support automation of business processes
Manage websites and mobile apps (performance, updates, security)
Support SEO, analytics, and user experience improvements
Ensure compliance and IT documentation (licenses, regulations like IRD)
Prepare IT reports and coordinate with all departments
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
3–5 years of IT experience
Hands-on experience with ERP systems
Knowledge of networking and infrastructure
Understanding of APIs and system integration
Basic cybersecurity knowledge
Experience managing vendors and IT projects
Ability to work independently and multitask
