Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide guidance on using the HRMS platform
Troubleshoot basic technical or usage issues
Escalate complex problems to internal teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow up to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
Collect customer feedback and identify recurring issues
Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve service
Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction and positive experience
Clear and professional communication skills
Basic knowledge of software/SaaS (HRMS is a plus)
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with patience and empathy
Proficiency in English and local languages
Prior customer support/contact center experience (preferred, not mandatory)
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
Fixed working hours: 7 AM – 3 PM
