Handle customer inquiries via phone, website, and social media

Share travel package details, pricing, and availability
Maintain follow-up records and manage leads

Contact hotels and homestays for partnerships
Assist in booking coordination and sales conversion
Support daily operations of the travel agency
Bachelor’s degree completed
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or tourism
Strong communication skills in Nepali and English
Confidence in making daily calls
Basic computer and social media knowledge
Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
Interest in travel and tourism industry
Willingness to learn and grow
Practical experience in travel and tourism industry
Exposure to airlines, hotels, and travel partners
