The Head Chef will lead kitchen operations specializing in Indian cuisine, overseeing menu development, food quality, kitchen staff management, inventory control, hygiene compliance, and operational coordination to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Lead and manage kitchen staff.
Design and update Indian cuisine menus.
Maintain food quality and consistency.
Manage food costs and inventory.
Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance.
Coordinate with service and management teams.
Support events, promotions, and food festivals.
Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef.
Strong expertise in Indian cuisine.
Knowledge of North Indian and South Indian dishes.
Expertise in tandoor cooking and curry preparation.
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of food costing and kitchen economics.
