The Billing and Measurement Engineer will be responsible for:
Conducting site measurements and quantity verification.
Preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Preparing measurement sheets and progress bills.
Coordinating with project, site, and finance teams.
Monitoring measurement systems and ensuring accuracy.
Supporting calibration and validation of measurement instruments.
Reconciling discrepancies between site records and billing documents.
Collaborating with contractors and suppliers.
Maintaining measurement and billing logs.
Supporting audits, reporting, and compliance activities.
Ensuring transparency and adherence to company standards.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience with measurements and measurement systems.
Knowledge of electrical engineering principles related to instrumentation and measurement devices.
Experience with calibration of measurement instruments.
Proficiency in MS Excel and related reporting software.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Ability to understand technical specifications and contracts.
Strong attention to detail.
Good time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
Prior experience in construction projects.
Prior experience in infrastructure projects.
Experience with pre-engineered building (PEB) projects.
