The Head of Projects will lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of multiple pre-engineered building projects. The role includes managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery, maintaining quality and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement across project operations.
Proven experience leading and delivering large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong project management expertise.
Experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Strong stakeholder coordination skills.
Understanding of construction methods and structural design principles.
Knowledge of quality control processes.
Knowledge of site safety standards.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with project management software.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to safety and compliance.
Willingness to work on-site in Birganj.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Experience with pre-engineered building projects.
Experience with industrial or commercial structures.
Master's degree.
PMP certification.
PRINCE2 certification.
Experience supporting business development and bid preparation.
