Conduct laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, serology, and immunology.
Operate and maintain automated laboratory analyzers and equipment.
Analyze and interpret test results accurately.
Maintain quality control procedures to ensure reliable test results.
Follow laboratory safety and hygiene standards.
Record and report laboratory findings properly.
Assist doctors and medical staff by providing accurate diagnostic information.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory samples.
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT/BSc. MLT) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Must be registered with Nepal Health Professional Council.
Minimum 1–2 years experience in a diagnostic laboratory preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong practical laboratory skills may also apply.
Strong knowledge of:
Hematology
Biochemistry
Microbiology
Serology
Immunology
Ability to operate automated laboratory analyzers.
Knowledge of laboratory quality control procedures.
Understanding of laboratory safety standards.
