he Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting construction project management and coordinating activities between teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Main duties include:
Managing project schedules and workflow
Coordinating site inspections
Arranging trades and on-site work schedules
Supporting site supervisors and builders
Tracking project progress and uploading updates
Assisting with construction documentation and approvals
Maintaining project records and reports
Coordinating activities from project approval to completion
Performing administrative and operational support tasks
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 1 year experience in the construction industry
Experience in project coordination and scheduling
Knowledge of construction approval processes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Competitive salary based on experience
Stable working hours (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday)
