NP-Head of Key Accounts & Brands - General Merchandise-Commercial

• Lead and manage the key accounts and strategic brand portfolio

• Drive commercial success of major partners from planning to execution

• Oversee team management, strategic deals, and performance tracking

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, operations, and user experience

• Formulate innovative business models and platform growth strategies

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement category-specific growth strategies (Lifestyle industry)

• Drive revenue and commercial performance across key accounts and brands

• Act as a business partner to leading brands and align on growth initiatives

Key Account & Brand Management

• Lead, coach, and manage Key Account Managers

• Negotiate strategic deals, campaigns, and exclusive partnerships

• Monitor and improve brand/seller growth metrics (assortment, pricing, availability, content quality)

Business Performance & Analytics

• Track category performance against KPIs (GMV, orders, growth rates, margins)

• Use data insights to identify opportunities and resolve gaps

• Collaborate with BI and Finance teams on P&L and performance targets

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with Marketing, Operations, Pricing, and Product teams to execute campaigns and improve efficiency

• Align with regional and group-level initiatives

Platform Growth & Innovation

• Propose new business models, product innovations, and digital transformation opportunities

• Ensure the platform remains competitive in assortment, pricing, and user experience
