Ability to handle high-pressure situations while remaining calm, empathetic, and professional
Knowledge of KYC, AML, and compliance procedures
Ability to accurately verify customer details and handle sensitive information
Familiarity with customer support tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms (preferred)
