The Branch Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, leading the team, and helping the business grow.
Main responsibilities include:
Managing branch operations
Leading and supervising branch staff
Handling customer inquiries and issues
Achieving sales and revenue targets
Coordinating with internal teams for service installation and support
Managing cash collection and expenses
Maintaining inventory, assets, and company vehicles
Ensuring legal compliance and coordination with authorities
Preparing and submitting performance and operational reports
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Minimum 1 year experience in:
Stock management
Inventory management
Operational work
Good communication and leadership ability
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage a team and branch operations
