The Customer Support Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting ATMs, kiosks, CDMs, and related devices. The role includes providing on-site technical service, performing preventive maintenance, handling hardware and software issues, and supporting UPS and networking equipment. The technician must update service activities in the WDN ticketing system and travel to different locations when required.
Provide customer support for ATMs, Kiosks, CDMs, and other self-service machines
Install and configure ATM hardware and software
Troubleshoot ATM applications and systems
Perform repair and maintenance of ATM devices
Conduct preventive maintenance and servicing
Install and maintain UPS systems and batteries
Support network devices and computer hardware
Provide on-site technical support at customer locations
Travel outside assigned region when required
Update service activities in the WDN ticketing system
Coordinate with WDN call center
Basic knowledge of ATM machines or hardware troubleshooting
Understanding of computer hardware and networking devices
Ability to repair electronic equipment
Willingness to travel for service work
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license
Candidate should be based near Dharan or Itahari
