The Sales & Marketing Specialist will support the sales and onboarding process of SaaS products like Nepal eBilling and Medhavhi. Responsibilities include generating leads, assisting in product demonstrations, maintaining client communication, coordinating meetings, and supporting onboarding and training activities. The role also involves collecting customer feedback and helping improve product and service delivery.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of SaaS or tech-based products
Willingness to travel for client visits (occasional)
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Nepali and English
Ability to assist in sales and client coordination tasks
