The Bellperson Intern is responsible for assisting guests with luggage, guiding them through hotel facilities, and supporting reception duties. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring smooth guest arrival and departure experiences, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment within the hotel.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to assist guests with luggage and support front desk tasks
Friendly and professional attitude
Willingness to learn and undergo training
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of Kathmandu area (advantage)
Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
