The position also includes maintaining CRM records and preparing client engagement reports.
+2 or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
1–2 years experience in client relationship management
Experience in IT or software services company preferred
Knowledge of CRM systems
Ability to communicate with clients and resolve issues
Experience in sales support, account management, or client success is an advantage
