The On-Site Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for company products across assigned regions. The role involves handling customer issues, coordinating with higher-level technical teams, maintaining service documentation, and ensuring high-quality customer service while working in the field.
Handle customer problem calls and service tickets
Provide technical assistance to resolve issues
Deliver on-site support and troubleshooting
Coordinate with Level 1 and Level 3 support teams for complex problems
Maintain service reports, logs, and documentation
Ensure quality customer service during support activities
Perform preventive maintenance of systems and products
Work collaboratively with internal teams
Strong customer service mindset
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Teamwork and collaboration ability
Reliability and punctuality
Willingness to work in field service roles
Must have a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license
