The role focuses on identifying and connecting with eCommerce businesses (mainly Shopify brands) in the USA and Europe. The candidate will conduct outreach through multiple channels such as email, LinkedIn, and Instagram, qualify leads, introduce services, book discovery calls, and collaborate with marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and conversions.
At least 1+ year experience in cold outreach or lead generation
Experience working with international clients
Understanding of eCommerce markets (USA & Europe)
Strong written and spoken English communication
Familiarity with outreach and CRM tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Self-managed and results-driven mindset
Persuasive communication ability
Identify and connect with eCommerce businesses
Conduct cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
Personalize outreach messages
Qualify leads and start conversations
Offer email audits and book discovery calls
Handle follow-ups with potential clients
Work with marketing and creative teams
Improve outreach strategies and conversion rates
Salary: NPR 35,000 – 40,000 per month
Performance-based incentives (based on call bookings and closed deals)
