The Client Engagement Representative supports the CEO or Sales Leader in managing prospect and customer interactions throughout the sales cycle. The role focuses on communication, meeting coordination, tracking sales activities, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring follow-ups with clients to keep deals progressing efficiently. The position works closely with leadership and US-based clients in a remote environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field
Experience in client-facing roles (sales support, coordination, executive support, or similar)
Strong written and spoken American English
Ability to work US hours (6 PM – 2 AM Nepal Time)
Reliable internet connection
Experience working remotely
Ability to manage multiple priorities
