Position: Mid-Level QA Engineer

Summary: Ensure software quality through comprehensive testing, both manual and automated, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and contributing to QA process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze requirements and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Execute manual and automated tests to verify product quality and adherence to specifications.
Identify, document, and track bugs/defects using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to resolve issues.
Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and performance testing.
Assist in maintaining and improving QA processes and testing standards.
Contribute to automation framework development if automation skills are present.
Prepare test reports and share quality metrics with the team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of hands-on QA experience (manual or automation).
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, ClickUp, etc.).
Basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Postman, Cypress, Playwright, etc.) is a plus.
Good understanding of API testing and database validation (SQL).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
