Perform and supervise complex laboratory investigations including advanced hematology, clinical chemistry, immunology, histopathology, and molecular diagnostics
Analyze laboratory test results, validate accuracy, interpret findings, and prepare detailed technical reports for physician review
Supervise laboratory staff, train junior technicians, ensure quality assurance compliance, and maintain laboratory accreditation standards
Manage laboratory operations including equipment maintenance, reagent procurement, inventory control, and implementation of new testing methodologies
Conduct research activities, troubleshoot technical problems, maintain laboratory safety protocols, and ensure compliance with biosafety regulations
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. MLT) or B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Science with valid Nepal Health Professional Council registration
Minimum 1 year of progressive laboratory experience with expertise in multiple laboratory departments
Age 21-40 years with Nepalese citizenship and ability to handle supervisory responsibilities
Advanced knowledge of laboratory information systems, quality management, and accreditation standards (ISO 15189 preferred)
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Nepali and English for report writing and professional communication
