Mill Incharge

The Mill In Charge is responsible for overseeing the complete operation of the Light Section Mill, ensuring efficient and safe production of steel products such as Angles, Flats, Rounds, Squares, Gate Channels, and TMT Bars through hot charging processes.

The role involves managing production targets, maintaining product quality, reducing downtime, and coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and quality teams. The position also requires supervising mill setup, handling troubleshooting, enforcing safety protocols, and leading the operations team to achieve optimal performance.
