Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient treatment plans
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and perform nursing procedures like catheterization, wound dressing, and vital signs monitoring
Assist doctors during medical procedures, surgeries, and emergency situations while ensuring patient safety and comfort
Monitor patient conditions, document nursing notes, maintain accurate medical records, and report changes to physicians promptly
Educate patients and families about disease management, medications, discharge instructions, and follow-up care requirements
PCL Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) with valid Nepal Nursing Council (NNC) registration and license
Minimum 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience in hospital or healthcare facility (fresh graduates may apply)
Age 21-40 years with Nepalese citizenship and physically/mentally fit for shift duties
Proficient in Nepali and basic English with computer skills for electronic health records
BLS/ACLS certification preferred and willingness to work in rotating shifts including nights and emergencies
